Psychic predictions remind my of my driver’s ed class back in 1995, when my teacher Mr. Duckworth informed us that it was not proper to refer to car accidents as such.

I notice a driver in the lane ahead of me who looks like they aren’t paying attention; or I check my side mirrors and blindspots and sometimes avoid a driver speeding up behind me in the left lane.

In 2008 the stock market crashed. There were very few psychic predictions of this event. There were, however, a lot of rich Wall St. businessmen who got their money out before this happened. Did they have psychic powers?

No. They had insider information. But to the millions of people outside of the banking world and Washington, this crash seemed totally unpredictable. It’s not because it was a random event require psychic predictions. It’s because most people were simply unaware of what was going on behind the scenes.

I was recently at work when I got an overwhelming headache and had to leave for the day. It was intense, like someone was crushing my head.
